This exquisite tea is a one bud, 3-4 leaf pick from the Tieguanyin cultivar. After a secondary roast, the tea undergoes a resting period in the high altitude of the mountains, to absorb the cool atmosphere and restore balance. This process allows a final roast, without destruction of the high quality finished product.
